This snapshot was taken during laboratory work with only a cell phone at hand. It looks like Aiptasia is feeding on sea grapes (Caulerpa lentillifera), which would have been a good idea given the high nutritional value of this mouthwatering edible delicacy. However, it is more likely that the alga was accidently caught by the sea anemone.
