The BPS is pleased to announce two new funding opportunities, with a deadline of 01 May 2021. These are:
- BPS Algae Video Bursary – funding to support members in the production of short, social-media friendly videos/vodcasts. Successful applicants will receive training and support from a professional film maker, and will receive a bursary of £250 on completion of the video project.
- COVID-19 Phycological Research Recovery Award for 2021. This scheme, specific for 2021, offers awards up to £2,500 to support members whose phycological research has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
